

Hi, I’m Dr. Bria Francis DC — chiropractor, speaker, and advocate for human performance.
My passion is people: helping them understand how important they are to their world, and showing them how to create a body that works with them, not against them.
I know what it’s like to push too hard. I’ve burned out, and more than once my body gave up on me. That experience shaped everything I share today. I believe that the limitations people feel in their body don’t have to be permanent — and that when you know how to support your nervous system and structure, you remove the barriers that hold you back.
Now I speak, teach, and create practical tools to help others protect their energy and unlock their potential. From simple posture tips that transform the way you sit, stand, and sleep, to strategies for preventing burnout, my goal is to leave people inspired and equipped with changes they can make straight away.
